Theodore Watson

Theodore Watson is an artist, designer and experimenter whose work is born out of the curiosity and excitement of designing experiences that come alive and invite people to play. Theodore’s work includes experimental tools for artistic expression and immersive, large scale interactive environments with full-body interaction. Theodore is the co-founder of Design I/O, an interactive installation and experimental storytelling practice and openFrameworks, an open source library for writing creative code in C++. Theodore’s past work includes: Connected Worlds at the New York Hall of Science, The Eyewriter project and Graffiti Research Lab’s Laser Tag. Theodore’s work is in the permanent collection at MoMA and has been shown at the Tate Modern and Ars Electronica.
